RETREAT CENTERS represent a wide variety of facilities, from year round camps to-refined facilities with comfortable private accommodations.
The KALEIDOSCOPE inc. consultants are experienced in helping centers define their unique mission focus, and then to carry that out in all aspects of the operation, program and physical facilities. These are typical retreat center projects:
Lake Huron Retreat Center, Detroit Conference, Lakeport, Michigan:
- Developed a Master Plan to change former camp into a retreat center making best use of existing facilities, able to be constructed within a set amount of funding.
- Assisted with development of a start-up operation.
- New center is complete and thriving.

- Developed on-going strategic plans, marketing plans to guide and facilitate growth in the ministry.
- Created a master plan for the integrated development of the camp and retreat center.
- Designed conceptual plans for newly constructed retreat center.
- On-going work with the staff and board to address critical issues related to growth and change.

In an effort to create a more organized World Wide Web, the W3C has created many new Web layout standards. The key focus of their effort is to provide the best possible interoperability between the different browsing programs available.
In the days of the browser wars between Netscape and Microsoft, many hacks were propagated by the competing companies. However, today these hacks have done more to hurt the Web than to help the battling companies. By downloading and installing one of the programs listed above, the Web will be one step closer to eliminating these hacks and bugs.
